The goal of YHM is to fuse the healing and centering benefits of yoga with the challenging and beautifully serene aspects of wilderness hiking. Blend them together with an attitude of mindfulness we can deepen our personal experience while enjoying and learning more about the universe within - and all around - every one of us.

The idea is that with practice and patience and a peaceful state of mind, we can learn to enjoy the journey of overcoming the obstacles that are in front of us, while also confronting the mountains found in our everyday lives. Together, we can: YOGA. HIKE. MASTER.
